A quick note to alert you to one of the highlights of June, Slate’s Supreme Court wrap up. It is usually Walter Dellinger, brilliant attorney, Chapel Hill resident (usually), albeit Duke guy, and Dalia Lithwick, my second favorite court observer (after Nina Tottenberg) now that Linda Greenhouse has (mostly) retired. But the really cool thing is that they are joined this year by Richard Posner, brilliant Federal judge, frequently short-listed for the SCOTUS, U of C guy, and frequently very acerbic, and very conservative, but in his own particular way. Should be fun!
